First Interview

If your application stands out, we will invite you to a one-hour interview. This will be a combination of HR and technical discussions. We'll explore your experience, motivation and assess your technical skills relevant to the role – all in one conversation. You will receive feedback within two weeks.

Aptitude Test

For some positions, you may be asked to complete an aptitude test. We will send you a short test to give you an idea of what to expect in your daily tasks.

Final Interview

To complete the process, you'll have an in-depth discussion with our management. This is a great opportunity to engage in open dialogue, ask any final questions, and affirm our potential match. You can expect to hear back from us within one week of the final interview. If we are a perfect match, we will be happy to extend an offer to you. If you accept, we will say "Welcome aboard!" and your journey with us will begin. With a structured induction program and a reliable mentor at your side, you will quickly settle in, make contacts, and get off to a successful start in your new role.
