What an exceptional day at the 4C China Stakeholder Forum in Shanghai!
We are truly grateful to the over 50 dedicated stakeholders who joined us to shape the future of sustainable coffee.
The energy today was remarkable, proving that partnerships and credibility are the engines of growth. Our dialogue, featuring insights from the CICC, Nestlé, Moins, SGS, Simexco, and 4C, confirmed:

- 4C has a strong system in place and needs to contextualise its tools and solutions for the Chinese market by leveraging close collaboration with key industry players and digital tools to make an impact for local producers, companies and consumers alike.
- China’s fast-growing coffee consumption requires robust, transparent supply chains that are ready for global regulations and local consumer preferences for quality and origin.
This event marks an important first milestone, and its success reflects a strong interest in continuing to evolve on the path of responsible sourcing. Our work is only beginning, and we look forward to deepening our understanding and impact within the Chinese coffee sector and building strong partnerships.
