Monitoring & Evaluation at 4C
4C is keen to improve its system and its credibility with stakeholders, actors, and 4C Units that play a significant role in the certification. To achieve its mission of establishing and promoting sustainable, traceable, and certified supply chains, it is guided by a set of KPIs and impacts metrics to report regularly on the progress of activities. This progress and impacts are meant to be reported regularly to inform its users as well as improve over time.
4C provides a robust Theory of Change to outline its Monitoring and Evaluation strategy that is well aligned with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
